Ordering & Pickup

All orders are placed and confirmed directly with me over WhatsApp, text, or phone — there is no online checkout on this site. Every item is baked to order in small batches; please allow at least 48 hours notice, and more during busy weeks. Everything is local pickup only in Chandler, AZ. I don't ship or deliver.

Payment

I accept Zelle at (480) 433-5922. Once we've agreed on what you'd like and a pickup day, I'll send payment details in the chat.

Payment is due in full before I bake. Your pickup slot is held once payment arrives — until then the date isn't reserved. Everything is made to order by one person, so an unclaimed order is ingredients and an oven slot I can't get back.

Cancellations & Changes

Message me as early as you can. More than 48 hours before your pickup day I'll refund in full, no questions asked. Inside 48 hours the ingredients are bought and the schedule is set, so payment is non-refundable — though I'll always try to move your order to another day instead.

Once baking has begun an order can't be cancelled. If something goes wrong on my end, you get a full refund.

Food Safety & Allergen Disclosure

Shadough operates under Arizona's cottage food program. As required by Arizona law:

This product was produced in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspection.

Every order also goes home with the full label Arizona requires — my name and address, the product name, and the ingredient list — printed on the package itself.

Everything I bake contains wheat and egg. Most also contain dairy, though not all — the challah is made without it. Items containing tree nuts, peanuts, sesame or soy are marked on the menu. Soy is worth naming on its own: it arrives through the Nutella, so it isn't obvious from a product's name.

Please tell me about any allergy or dietary need before ordering. Full ingredient lists are on every label and available on request at any time.

Availability & Custom Orders

Menu items, flavors, and pricing may change or sell out without notice. Custom orders (cakes, flavors, or quantities outside the standard menu) are confirmed individually and may carry their own pricing and lead time.

Limitation of Liability

While I take care in every order, Shadough is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects from consuming products that were ordered without disclosing an allergy or dietary restriction, or for issues arising from storage or handling after pickup.

Photos, recipes, and branding on this site belong to Shadough and may not be reused without permission.
